Remember
- Dress to feel attractive to yourself. Others will notice and feel attracted to you too.
- Polish and repair your shoes and boots and use shoe-trees to keep their shape. Shoes take lots of wear and tear and can start to look tired very quickly.
- Even if your clothes don't have obvious stains they probably smell. Dry-clean all your clothes regularly, especially coats and sweaters.
- Chuck out those clothes that looked great when you were younger but you no longer wear. They're only making you depressed every time you look at them.
- Wearing sexy underwear makes you feel, and act, sexy. Nobody can see it but they can tell!
- Choose different handbags for different occasions. Changing the contents regularly from one bag to another will make you realise how much unnecessary junk you're carting around with you. Only carry what you absolutely need.
- Renew your make-up regularly. Cosmetics have a shelf life too.
- Details make all the difference. A chic outfit will be completely degraded by chipped nail varnish.
- When you're out in the street, check your posture in a shop window. Are you still walking tall or have you slipped back into that old slouch?
- It only takes a minute to exfoliate every morning to keep your skin looking glowing and alive. Indulge in a facial every couple of months.
