Not having a waist can stifle a woman's femininity. Just look at the lengths they went to in creating an almost obligatory 18-inch girth in the past. Thickening middles were winched in with necessary ferocity by corsets that regularly made the wearer pass out. And why? To craft the classic female form, which resembled an exaggerated hourglass - curvaceous and womanly in its shape, acceptable to society in its symbolism. Thankfully, we are way beyond those days of implementing strict distinctions between the sexes and now have the freedom to be what the hell we want. That said, it would be nice not to be mistaken for a bloke from the rear view. Corsets can do wonders for a girl's waist, but they aren't the only thing able to give what your genes chose not to.
